If you get bored going to the gym to burn fat in your body, you can go to the mountain with a nice view and do hiking there. It’s because hiking can be a way to burn fat, too. You can ask your friends or you family to go with you. Prepare equipment that you might need when you hiking. Also, choose a safe place to go hiking and right time so that your activities can run smoothly.

Warm Up Before Going Hiking

Do warming up first before you go hiking so that your muscles more flexible and not rigid. Once you are ready you can go hiking to where you want. Specify how long your will be hiking and up to a point where your will stop. This is to make sure when hiking, you have quite a lot of fat burned, so your aim to go hiking as a way to burn fat in your body are fulfilled. Just as when using paleo burn system, you should determine how much fat you want to burn by the exercises that you do.
